Yeah, studies show that being lonely can cause bad depression and anxiety, and I know from personal experience. I try to hang out with people at least twice a week and not lock myself up in my room everyday like I used to. Loneliness causes many things.. bad things.

Toys is a good way to do that, I can’t really do toys anymore. Food helps to and sleep is very healthy for a growing human. And if your doing well and happy then, that’s great! But still try to go out with people so you don’t get anxiety over it.

It really isn’t good for anyone to be lonely. You would have no one to take care of you, make sure you’re taking care of yourself, stopping you from making decisions... most importantly being lonely really makes a bad impact on your mental health and state of mind. So, no. Being lonely isn’t better. (I didn’t mean for this to come off in a mean way, so if it did I apologize.
