here's a suggestion try to clean out your outline use shade and highlight properly (preferto use lightest shade and darkest highlight) just overally make it look pleasing and add a background other than blue background

the out line would need cleaning to make it look neater mabey if there was a tad bit og shading on it it would look nicer its still good but still if it had neater outline and some shading

try to shade clean up the messy lineart add a better background
