the first one is 5/10 it’s not really time wasting, you just copy and pasted the character, and maybe shade it up a bit and the background color kinda looks like it’s the hamburger itself-

The second one is 7/10 it’s very amazing just over shaded and lighted it makes my eyes very painful to look at, i love the background and the coral but it looks lazy looking :(
