I'm sorry you have to live like this. God i say those two words so much. Im sorry. But everytime i say them, i mean them. I truly do. I'm glad you aren't going to take that risk and hurt a lot of people emotionally. If you need a break, try "mindfulness". I know i sound cheesy and cliche and all, but it actually kinda works. If you search it up, you find all sorts of stuff about it. Anyways, just know that it'll get better.
Guess what, in school we do mindfulness haha, I feel a bit better, still depressed, kinda, but yes thanks
