Blastbug is a cold and calculating maverick, and tends to hold himself above others. He lived to experiment, and thanks to his unmeltable exoskeleton, he can bask and freely swim in hazardous chemicals. He has a regular arm cannon, a second one (which looks like a flask) that can ride acid at his foes. He can Also mix chemicals in his abdomen, to create several dastardly concoctions. Bombardier Blastbug originally worked as a reploid scientist under the Maverick Hunters, but he soon grew very bored of getting told what to do. He decided that the Hunters were too restrictive for him, so he decided during with the mavericks would be best for him, as he had never experimented on humans before...
