I’m so lonely and I stayed home today and literally all I’ve done is napped and cried I feel so bad ughhh

Every day is so draining for me I just want to sleep for like Idk however much time I need to be mentally ready for one freaking day of school but every day I just have panic attacks and can’t focus and I just feel really bad about myself I miss you guys

you guys support me and actually talked to me and here all I do is cry and panic and I feel like I’ll never make friends here or be able to like make it through the school year my life is going so badly lately

I don’t have anyone to talk to and my family is always mad at me and I want to go home ,, I feel like where I am can never be my home because since we moved here I feel like I’m not even myself
