i have anxiety i just realised it last week i've had it for years when i go to a family outing and im running around the usial amount that i run aronud evrey day and when i go to catch my breath i start coughing like im choking and then it takes me an hour to catch my breath when it take's me 15 minuets to catch my breath in a family outing
