first: Ataxia is aneurological disorder where cats have trouble walking/with seeing and moving their paws in general hence his name, fidget fall.

As a kit, Fidget was rejected constantly by his mother, normally sleeping in his own nest and sometimes in a comfy bush Fidget could find outside. His mother claimed it was to prepare him for when he had to sleep in a new den when he was an apprentice, and when his mom's newest litter was born, that she wanted to nurse them and make sure they were strong and healthy. What he had stumped the medicine cats, but they knew he'd never be able to walk right. Nobody told him though, so he spent his kithood wondering why he couldn't walk and play with the other kits.

When Fidget was apprenticed, his mentor told him about what he had. At first he was ashamed, and realized why his mother rejected him a lot. He learned to then be proud of his disorder and found ways to still train and fight, even though his training was much longer then the other apprentices. He has trouble walking, and wont be able to walk right or even possibly participate in battles often,
