Jackie ( The left ) and Jack ( the right ) are both disabled. The twins had a disease in one arm and had to get that infected arm removed. Their mother died a few years ago, to that same disease they both had in their arms. And the disease was cancer. Leukemia to be exact. The twins both run a business together, and are happy they survived to be so successful.
