Well i'm feeling pretty crappy right now. I've been stuck at home for a few days and It gets pretty lonely. I kinda feel like when I try my best, nobody takes notice and nobody ever will. I feel like when I try and improve nobody notices so whats the point in trying.
I kinda feel like nobody really cares, but then I think "who do you think you are, someone entitled to everyone else's attention? not everyone has to care about you." and that's true. I just wish some people would. Irl people mostly, but OL people too.

Why do you have to improve? You don’t have to PROVE anything to anyone. And if others don’t notice? Haha, sucks for them! They don’t get to witness a flower blooming into something amazing. If you’re proud of yourself, be proud of yourself! If you wanna improve, improve for ONLY YOU, without other people needing to have a say in it.
And the reason RL people don’t seem to care is because they have no anonymity, meaning they could be afraid of what others think if they talk to you about it.
Or perhaps they DON’T care and you’re just surrounded by bad people. Who knows?
The point is, someone out there is watching from the side lines, admiring your beautiful radiance and how much you try!
Well, I want to improve for my self but it also feels really nice to have people go, "wow, this is amazing." not that I crave attention, just feel like it's nice to get recognised sometimes.
I get what it’s like to want to be recognized for your work. I’m in the same sticky pickle with that! A lot of my animations I try so hard on, yet they get little to no attention. Then I see other people who get so many likes on really crappy pieces! I just tell myself “forget them, I like doing this and my friends like my work, too.” Of course I wish I got noticed, but I’ve found happiness where I’m at.
