Link~ logic behind this ~
One day an asylum for angels was invented, because not all of them were “perfect”.
They weren’t what an angel was supposed to be.
So the gods and goddess worked together (wowie for once lmho) and made an asylum for angels.
Most of the guards are demons, but some are other entities. None of the guards are angels.
