Demons and Angels are born enemies. It doesn’t help that there was a war 30 years ago. Every since the demons lost, they were discriminated and thrown to the poor side of town. They have their side and the Angels have theirs. A regular patrol guards the border from any rogue demons or angels being stupid. The schools on the demon side a rundown and shabby. No demon has been on the angel side, until now. In order to restore peace and equality, the government is allowing the next generation to attend school alongside the Angels.
Rachel is apart of this generation. The michevious Tom-boy is excited to go to the Heartly High School, where she will enteract with Angels. The two races knew nothing about each other. She was eager to tell them about the unique ability each demon is born with. Hers happen to be shape shifting. Her friends ,Marcus and Tina, are twins. Marcus has the ability to produce fire while Tina can produce ice. Rachel and her friends are ready to take on any obstacle.

LinkEric, on the other hand, is wary of the demons coming into his school. The perfect,cookie-cutter, boy, prays the demons don’t find out about the angels’ power to produce light, and how he controls darkness not light.
The only person that knows is Randy, the nerdy boy whose light is weak.
When these two individuals somehow cross paths, the world as they know it is about to be rocked. Between bullies, friendship, frenimes, betrayal, and love, Rachel and Eric are ready to tackle it all.
