Bring a few litres of water to the boil, add fruit you like, stir and boil for ten minutes, add a cup or two of sugar, add about two tablespoons of honey, keep boiling and stirring for abouttwenty minutes, add lemon juice if you want, then it's ready to be drunk at any temperature. I used raspberries and apples.
