I used multiple lighting layers before and behind the buildings each of which is at a low opacity.

Nice. I imagine this took you a long time. I usually don't like taking no more than a week or two to do mine. I get impatient, though I'm more concerned about directing, writing, storyboarding, and coregraphing than animating. Only reason I animate is because I didn't have anyone else to do it for me. And its what I started out with as a kid in the 80s watching Thundercats before I moved into X-Men, Batman the animated series, Dragon Ball Z, and Yuyu Hakusho This feels like Aeon Flux
I.. I cannot be quick, I am a perfectionist, I'm sorry T^T I try to be quick always, but I fail at that. But the outlines are scribble, so it did not take THAT much time
