Tis unsafe to hide under objects during a tornado. Go into an underground area, close all doors and go into a hallway with no windows. If you dont have one, the bathroom is a liable option. In case of emergency, always have the 911 emergency contact system on speed dial. Sit on your buttocks with your legs folded in towards your head as close as possible, pack your arms tightly against your knees and hold your head from the back, keeping your face tucked in.
Calm down.
Stay away from any windows, and if there is a tornado you know where to hide, right?
If there really is a tornado, get off the second floor.
Take a blanket and a jug/bottle of water downstairs and sit in the middle of the living room.
Stay away from the doors and windows.
Ok no worries, just relaxe, hide under something firm and away from glass and windows, close you're eyes and go to you're happy place,

I don't get tornados where I live so I don't know how to support you, but just stay calm if possible
Don't panic! Hide in a place where you think you and your family think is safe and calm down. Just breath in and breath out.
