Can u look up if phones are allowed in hospitals?
(I'm positive the answer is yes, but I would like some evidence)
Says that it depends on the hospital's policy.. which is like it is here

I have been to the hospital ALOT, but for sicknesses so it could be different. The hospitals in my area let us use TV’s and phones to watch movies and do stuff on, but, it’s not the same everywhere. But I at least had a TV in 1/2 of the hospitals, and small computer like things to watch moves on in the other half

Some hospitals restrict cell use in certain areas of the hospital, but ultimately it is each hospital's desicion on their own policy. So basically, depends on the hospital.
