All the advice I can give you right now is to get warm and nice in bed and make some te a

apparently if i do have it theres no cure so i gotta
Rest and avoid overexertion.
Drink enough water.
Avoid smoking and smoky areas.
Take acetaminophen, ibuprofen or naproxen to reduce pain and fever.
Use a clean humidifier or cool mist vaporizer.
