So...I wanted to make an OC. named ShadowPulse.
i wanted to make him a sister, SolarPulse. but i have no design ideas--
SO! The contest is about making ShadowPulse a sister.
ill just decide the best design.
1st place = Fanart, A crappy animation cuz why not. and a follower.
2nd place = Fanart and a shoutout, and a follower
3rd place = Shoutout, and a new follower.
Traits of the sister : opposite color of black. so sorta bright yellow and white.
