Depends on how much I would know her or the situation. If she was crying or something then I would start with "hi" and then maybe a hug? I wouldn't kiss her tho cuz Im straight. If she was new to my school or something I would say "hi". But the majority of the time I would do nothing because social interaction makes me nervous.
