I was in a storm too earlier, I think it has passed. When I looked outside everything was yellow out the back and pink out the front, it really scared me but honestly thunderstorms don't hurt you unless you get struck by lightning if course. the best thing to do is unplug yo tv and stuff and just stay inside.
