So the country she lives in originally belonged to the green worms on a string but she's an orange one by nature there aren't many places that are Big Racist anymore. But the country's main issue is that it's got some weird draconian laws and a LOT of surveillance. There's a curfew so no going out at night, there's like no space in between buildings so very few people have big vehicles (nowhere to put them; hover cars are a thing) there are many people that are scared (and their fears aren't unfounded) that there are cameras in their homes. People have come up with a myriad of technologies to not be recognized by facial recognition.

After curfew a lot of people put on masks n stuff and go out and have large raves in the few places that would house them. The police don't even care anymore they've given up. A girl gotta party so she loves going to raves n stuff. She does do drugs sometimes hooks up with guys n gals general party stuff she is not worried about being "pure" at all. She just wants to have fun and destroy the government

Her biggest motivation in life is getting out. Once you get into her country it's very hard to leave if you're not just visiting and even if you are visiting you often need to arrange your exit before you even arrive. So because of that she just can't get out and she hates wearing masks they feel stuffy and nasty and all she wants to do is do drugs in public without the police running over to her like u run over to ur dog when it eats an MnM yknow

She's got a couple modifications to her body but nothing extreme. Enhanced vision, hearing, no visible changes but stuff to make her better at taking down the government, a dream I'm sure we all have somewhere in us Yeah she wears a lot of bright colors it makes her more of a target but she also thinks it's like a fun game of keep away. She's pretty good at keeping stealthy even in neons, isn't the best runner but is strong and could probably put a grown man into a headlock or do some major damage with the baseball bat Ok I think that's it BTW the bat isn't for vibe checks it's an inconspicuous way to take out cameras she prefers to taze people
