I went to a presentation before lunch today. The presentation was about how cyber bullying is illegal in ALL 50 states. and some stuff about rape and stuff, I learned about different types of lures and how it's the same as fishing. You go fishing for a fish but you can't go fishing without bate, so in this the fisher is trying to lure in the fish which would be considered the receiver on the other side of the screen the fisher is the person sending it and the bate is to trick you into believing it or doing stuff.
