possibly in the future where we had a advance medication and if we found to delay aging or get rid of it completely

do you remember when people usually have 8-9 kids per family? because there kids is dying before they reached adulthood
but today we only have 2.5 kids per family because we have good medication and most kids reached adulthood
in the future maybe it will have 1 child at max on all country
My father said that he used excersize too much and he never used a device or something but in hes dead age he still looks young

Good point but if my Grandmother died in 2012 at the age of 156 ( he used to excersize alot) than is it still possible for us to live that much age??
