So, a tongue tie affects sleep, speech, eating, swallowing, grades (also related to sleep due to not being able to concentrate aka being tired) A tongue tie can be cut when your a baby at 2-3 years, but when I was little, the doctors or dentist never realised i had one until 7 months ago....your not suppose to get it done over 3... To the main point- I got it cut 7 months ago When a tongue tie gets cut, its called a frenectomy frenulectomy or frenotomy) A frenectomy is the removal of a frenulum, a small fold of tissue that prevents an organ in the body from moving too far. It can refer to frenula in several places on the human body. It is related to frenuloplasty, a surgical alteration in a frenulum. That happened 7 months ago as i said... Now, I have to wear this appliance called the Myobrace, also to move my teeth to right place and train my tongue to sit in the middle...A Myobrace is just a remake of braces, except its silicone, bendable and you can take it out. On to the main est point about my tongue I have paranoias about my tongue, and I have since I got it cut... The paranoia includes- If I lift up my tongue to far, it'll break open and bleed (It won't of course, but i'm also scared of blood so I am insane when it comes to doing things that revolves around the tongue) When I got my tongue tie cut, the string part *feels light headed from talking about this bc i get scared* under the tongue *feels more dizzy :(* gets cut when u get a frenectomy Now I'm greatful at least but-

The paranoias sink in every 5 minutes of my life and I'm sick of it I have to do tongue activities from the Mybrace app that I have...and they involve- Tongue clicks Tongue rolls Tongue stretches *feels more sick and dizzy :((* I might stop now bc i am feeling sick and dizzy and i hate my life rn and the 1 thing i wanna do rn is die...
