I drew the background then I used the roller tool on top of it to make the aura. I used a pale blue and purple. The more you go over a spot the brighter it looks. Then I used the same tool on top of Goku to make the blobs of energy. I used the pen tool to make the white dots.

Solo necesitas practicar. Yo mismo me enseñe a dibujar practicando todos los días. E visto tus dibujos y pienso que dibujas bien solo necesitas mejorar un poco las proporciones del cuerpo y de la cara. Si practicas mucho eventualmente mejoraras.

I usually open up a picture on a drawing program(I use Paint.net)and use the eyedropper tool to get the hue, saturation etc. of the color. Then I go into the advanced color settings on flipanim and just type in the hue and all the other info to get the colors I want.
