Time for a new contest! Basically, the rules for this one are to create something (character, artwork, etc) using this color pallette! When I say using the color pallette, I don't mean those are the only colors you can use, highlighting and shading is of course allowed, but just keep the main colors as these ones. Animation is allowed, but not necessary.
