Theres a colors tab u know when u hover over the tool ur using and I just click on the color palette and theres an eyedropper tool

I use the computer and idk what you use but if you use an ipad I'm not sure how you would do that

Mhh I use a Mac (sometimes) and it's eyedropper tool can go anywhere as well, however my Chromebook cannot do that so Yeet Depends on the device
