Okay, this is my other BNHA OC, Rin.
I also had a dream with him in it a long time ago, why not make him into an OC then? Well...
I was super hyped to draw out his design and cool quirk and stuff, I was going to too.
Before I started I wanted to binge the rest of seasons 2 and 3 of BNHA. I did. Then I decided to ditch Rin completely.
I didn't want him to seem like a lame rip off thingy, see, in the dream he was chasing me around, trying to kill me, with what other than blue flames that he could create. (fyi this is the same thing one of the characters in the anime can do)
So, I ditched him, but now I'm going to use him (with a slightly altered quirk...) because I like bringing out OCs in pairs. Also I loved this blue-haired boi and I cannot just leave him.
(I'll explain his quirk in a comment in a lil' bit, so I have space.)
So, now his quirk is fire bullets(?)
He creates lil' bullet-like flames near the tips of his fingers that then discharge like bullets do.
The flames are mostly blue with flickers of orange and white.
That's really all there is to his quirk.
Also, I named him Rin as a little reference to a manga/anime called Blue Exorcist, there's a character in that named Rin that has blue flames n' stuff.
