i can breathe but- it wont let me- it feels like i cant but i am i can speak but it feels like i cant breath i'v never had this feeling now thinking about it makes it worse..

Your probably having an anxiety attack. It's cause your anxiety is making you more panic meaning that you need less oxygen then your throat starts to close up , or like choking you. ;/
