I went through a big stage of depression a few months ago, that's still here now, and it's making me think "Everyone who's sad needs my help!" but not many people like talking about stuff like that, and it makes me worse, but I do that as well, when/if i make a vent and someone says "Do you wanna talk?" I always say no, because I never talk my feelings and bottle them up, but I HATE it when I can't help people
