It's nice blinking, but if you want it to look animated, you could try my technique. You have to take the ski color of the OC and then draw slightly above or below the eyes, as you add frame after frame it's going to look like a blink. Make sure to keep it mind how you want the eyes to close. Color in from below to make a "happy" or "excited" expression. And color in from above to make a "thoughtful", "sad", or a "sleep" emotion. Also unless you want your eyes to sleep make sure to copy & paste the eye frames so the eyes open again.
