You can copy the frame you have for the body. And, tween the head to nod back and forth.
Like Lina said you should ad a lot more frames like 8 for something that could take 3 tween a little at a time to make it more smooth the background is great you what something that is simple but still looks good. And maybe show a bit more emotion.
I tell myself these things every time I animate but sometimes I don’t listen so they end up looking bad
