He agreed to help his brother Elliot with an experiment and it went horribly wrong turning him into what he looks like. All of the brothers saw it happen but they did nothing to help him out and left him there in pain. His name was Hudson but he got advice from IAN saying that he should be the one everyone fears, but the name Hudson isn't intimidating. Then one day Smiccy got scared and yelled "EVERYTIME I SEE YOU ITS LIKE A NIGHTMARE ON REPLAY!" and Ian got the idea to call him Replay. All he knows now is revenge and no mercy, even against family. He likes to imagine he has no family and killing them is basically a way to have that even though they revive. He never trusted anyone since and will torture and torment anyone in his way.
