CmoAnimates something I do is make my frame speed to the lowest so the animation is smooth. When I want it to slow down, I make the character move just a tiny bit each frame instead of it jumping. If u watch the animation to the right, you can see how when goku(blue orange and black one) zooms at the end really fast. You can jump frames to make that. Near the end where Jiren(red one) gets hit by the beam and slides back, I made him move slower by making the frames connected more. Basically, each frame they move slower. And to move faster, you jump frames.

CmoAnimates, first off watch Alan Becker's 12 principles of animation if you haven't yet. Then you can branch out and search up speed animating of really anything. If you're interested in stick fights, watch Hyun's tutorials. Remember to practice
