Well, Flower does it all the time :D

Basically, you claw at their chest until you see their muscles. Then you continue clawing until you see their ribs (Make sure they don't try and run away). Ripping our their ribs requires a lot of strength. Flower mainly uses her roher (A magical animus touched spear) to give her infinite strength, then she rips out the ribs. After this, you have to rip out the lungs so you can get the heart. As soon as you spot the heart, rip it out.

The process of ripping out a heart takes a long time, so Flower suggests you just kill the victim normally (Or splat venom on their face. One or the other).
