I got to be honest the face is great and all, but the hair and the background went down hill. The hair feels out of place and looks a bit rushed. The hair is doesn't fit the head. The shading of the hair is just eh, it could work as a base for the rest of the hair. The lighting of the hair is eh. Ok now the bg. the background just feels rushed and lazy. The cloud animation is lazy. The sea is fine but feels like it doesn't go with the sky. For the clouds I suggest studdy how clouds look, and how fast clouds go, and for sea study is as well and the boatis eh it's fine but the lighting and sail. I know if this criticism is poorly made, and I don't want to bash on it too much. The drawing of kim(?) great (not including the hair) but everything just looks lazy. This drawing did have potential like the face, neck and clothes.
