If you put your finger, on your eye-lid, and then turn it, you'll feel the whole eye move, not just you pupil...

I think it's the whole eye rotating, because you see the nerve's pattern changing when you rotate it uwu

and yeah, the whole eye rotates, but most cartoons make it look like just the pupil moving
im the only one who sees it as the pupil itself moving
maybe it's because i watch too many cartoons and don't look people in the eyes oof
