I get paranoid at night too like i cant sleep at all and once i woke up from a nightmare and the light was out so i couldnt turn on the light so i blindly went to my moms room and squeezed in onto the bed

How I can sleep at night knowing nothing is coming for me: I was and I am still paranoid, especially when in the dark. We all are afraid some random girl with her hair over her head is gonna come for us. But one day my cousin was sleeping over and sometime in the afternoon, I went into my sister's room to check on her and my cousin since they were both in there and I saw them on the floor watching a piece of paper with two pencils making a cross, yep that's right, they were playing Charlie Charlie. Now I knew this had to be fake right? Until my sister came and told me if I wanted to play, I think I said sure, so my sister said, "Charlie Charlie, can my sister play too?" And that's when I saw the pencil move smoothly across to yes. So then I get a bit scared and say I don't wanna play anymore, so my sister asks, "Charlie Charlie can my sister leave?" then once again the pencil moves smoothly across but not to yes but NO! So then my sister asks it again a bit scared this time. Then that's where we all freak out

I also once had a dream recently, where my teeth were falling out and now I brush my teeth more often.
