Well, the lineart is very messy, the lines overlap more than they should. Try drawing slower or using thicker lines. Then shading, I think you're using to bright default colors, shade with soft greys or deep greyish purples. When you smudge shade it looks low-key sloppy, like when the shade lines go off of the object.
