Powers are :teleporting bye glitching :turning bioluminescent patterns on and off :plasma blast like toothless

Description: seemingly invisible in a night sky when patterns not turned on . seems to have a high intelligence surpassing most humans . Before “glitching” it roars at the sky then a glitch in the area the roar was pointed would rip and it would dive into it like a night fury .
