i often dont like being on here. have an addiction to the internet and i want to stop it. my mom is taking me to therapy's and phycyitrists to hel that bu ti dont want to leave this plase.
i bully myself. often, oif i make the slightest mistake, i beat myself up about it. i call myself aems and all that. in addition to that, i callmyself slut,whore, etc b/c i like almost everyone in my class
It's not wrong to like almost everyone. I mean look at me! I care about all people and i'm caring about you rn by talking to you about your problems.

If you are addicted to the web, try to take a break every once and awhile. Go play outside, hand out with friends, that sort of stuff and if you can't do that. You, can come and talk to me about how to become less addicted to the internet.

Beating yourself up for the littlest mistake doesn't help at all. It only makes things worse. It's okay to make mistakes, that's a part of being human. We all make mistakes. Calling yourself names doesn't help either. What I want you to do is get a piece of paper and write 5 good things about yourself everyday and put the piece of paper in a bottle. That way whenever you feel down, you can open that bottle and see all the good things about yourself.

heh. thanks. i dont usually say these things because it makes me bawl my eyes out.thanks. i needed that out of me.my mom is helping me with my addiction so. im going to try. every time om on here or on the internet, she says my aura gets dark. so im trying to be better on that. thanks again
