Rio the runt of of his family, his older brother Godzilla disrespected him because he thought he would never be strong and powerful. Rio was heartbroken that he was disrespected so much as a little lizard. So, when he grew up to normal sized (a little smaller than Godzilla) he had issues and tended to get mad easily and so he mean all the time

He wanted to impress his brother and everyone so he destroys towers and kills whatever is in site. Inside though, he is really sensitive and hurt. ANother reason he was disrespected was for his ability of water. His family and others though that was strange and weird, and they didn't like that he was unique and grew jealous of him

All this hate, impacted Rio badly that he hated his family and hated the world. His mindset is "Everything must die"

When he grew stronger his ability grew stronger and he used both his ability and his strength to kill all
