oh okay but plzz take care

I read something on the internet on how to help someone through a panic attack and while i was reading i found a sentence it said " A panic attack is a very serious situation and shouldn't be treated lightly " there was another sentence and it said " the situation must be treated with just as much care as a sliced finger" and that made me scared because your not telling your family your having panic attacks! very soon you should get help!
