So, RP makes an anim that says "exterminat extroverts". Clearly, she intended to use humourous hyperbole to make a point akin to "I don't like loud people near me or trying to talk to me". I personally used this as a springboard that threw me into the common "I dislike extroverts" sentiment on this site. Other people took umbrage with her usage of "extrovert" to mean loud annoying people, and a few disliked her talking about all extroverts in a disparaging way. None of us, to my knowledge, thought she genuinely hated all extroverts. Everyone saying anyone took a joke seriously is probably wrong, we simply take issue with the form the joke took.

Ok, so it was badly executed satire, I guess. Apparently it's about stereotypes, but who actually would have understood that from the post? Seriously, I heard it's making fun of stereotypes and know I understand less than I did.
