LinkToast was a green fly. I loved him
He was on my hand throughout lessons and someone killed him, I almost cried.
We gave him a funeral

LinkScience shows that aphids (greenflies) have feelings and bond with other aphids, and even people.
So you probably had a special bond with Toast. And like they say, don’t be sad that it’s over, be happy that it happened.
