first and foremost, concealer. under your eyes, on your cheekbones, and nose bridge. don't worry about your forehead, unless you have unwanted blemishes.

not only does it remove bags under your eyes, it makes your eyes pop more. blend it in with your skin tone, don't use a colour that is drastically different. two~ foundation again, don't use a colour different from your skin tone, AND DO NOT USE A LOT. apply gently and smoothly. make sure to blend ALL THE WAY.

three!!~ eyebrows everyone's favorite look at your hair colour. look at it. is it blonde? you will have a light brown eyebrow colour. is it brown? you'll have brown eyebrow colour. is it red?? hell, red eyebrows! but NEVER use a different colour from your own hair!

trim those caterpillars, girl. no one likes a hilda from hey arnold.

fouuurrr~ eyeshadow~. ALWAYS USE EYE SHADOW FIRST, never do a wing, or mascara first, it messes layers up. use any colour you want, really. BUT PLEASE. BLEND. It makes me so pissed off to see unblended eyeshadow. it doesn't look good, it looks like you smeared whatever was in your makeup bag.

five: wings! (optional) ok listen i know it's hard to get two perfect cat eyes, trying not to shake and mess up but girl if you tremble the slightest I'll knock that wand outta your hand AND MAKE YOU START FROM SCRATCH. you got this, i believe in you. do not make your wings too long, unless you wanna look like cleopatra.

six~~ maskara <3 everyone's favorite just don't make your eyelashes look unhealthy (dont pack it on)

(extra) contour/highlighter unless you want to look like a kindergarteners drawing, you better pick a light contour set, AND BLEND THE **** OUTTA THAT SHIT. highlighter is always fun because you can and whatever the **** you want with it and look cute
