From personal experience, when you overwork yourself you get tired and sort of grouchy. If you’re working on a large project you should take breaks from it from time to time otherwise you’ll rush it. If you force or tell you or a friend to continue working on a project without breaks you’ll rush it or start to worry about it. It’s no okay to overwork someone, it’s just shitty.
