I just came back from school and I looked outside my bedroom window and saw a poor dog outside, in the rain I started crying because I knew he was neglected and I wish I was able to help him,, i told my mom about it and she didnt care only because most of the time they brug him in but right now it looks like they didnt do that and I'm worried about the dog
