same, lemme give you tips, my first one was 1 month ago (im 10 too, but age dosent matter with me)
when sleeping:
lay on you're sides ONLY
dont laugh too much
dont run
dont swing on a swing set (trust me i did, it hurt like a *****)
dont jump too much
go to the bathroom at least 2 times an hour
those are some things, there are a lot more though
