the same kinda thing happened to mine just slightly different.
my kitten called pepper was sick and i adopted her from the vet , the vet said she doesnt need medicine so we said ok,the 2 days past she got a runny nose and her eye infection got better but she died in the 3rd day.the vet lied to my mum and said she did need it but we were told she didnt.
I need to go beat that vet up.
I think the same thing happened to Simba (My Cat)
They said to give him this weird medicine.

Hm, listen, If you come to a vet, and if you recognise the name, leave, and go to another vet, some vets can be trusted
well at least she can sleep well and can move . i think she just needs rest and a warm cosy blancket with food and water .
